Ryan Hart Insurance Agent

Hi, šŸ‘‹ I’m Ryan Hart — commercial insurance broker at GroupLeader.com and creator of BiggerBonds.com.

I help real estate investors and contractors get insurance so they can build cool stuff.

Look, you probably don't need another insurance agent.

You've probably got someone already. They probably return your calls... eventually. Your rates are probably fine.

I mean, why rock the boat, right?

Here's What I'm NOT Going to Do:

I'm not going to tell you horror stories about contractors getting sued into bankruptcy.

I'm not going to spam you with "Get a Quote!" emails every other day.

I'm not going to promise you'll save 15% on your premiums (because honestly, I have no idea what you're paying).

I'm not going to pretend I'm the "best" insurance agent in town. There's probably 47 other agents saying the same thing.

Honestly? I don't really care if you switch to me or not. I've got plenty of clients already.

What I Will Tell You (If You Actually Want to Know):

I handle three things: General liability, workers comp, and surety bonds.

That's it. I don't sell auto insurance to soccer moms or life insurance to your uncle Bob.

Just boring commercial policies for contractors who need to get bonded and insured so they can actually work.

The Companies I Work With:

Travelers. Liberty Mutual. Zurich. CNA. Hartford.

They're fine companies. They pay claims when they're supposed to. They've been around since your grandfather was swinging a hammer.

Nothing sexy. Just reliable insurance carriers that understand construction.

The Process (If You Care):

Pretty revolutionary, I know.

Here's the Thing...

Most contractors spend more time researching which nail gun to buy than they do making sure their insurance actually covers what they think it covers.

But hey, priorities, right?

The Choice Is Yours

Happy with what you've got? Cool. Keep doing what you're doing.

I'll be here either way, probably explaining to another contractor that an inland marine policy covers tools, not their fishing boat.

P.S. The weird thing about insurance? The contractors who think they have great coverage are usually the ones who need help the most.

P.P.S. If you're still reading this, you're probably going to request a quote. Just saying.
